Katie Sasinoski is a New York City-trained, Pittsburgh-based makeup artist specializing in bridal makeup design, makeup for film and photography, and special makeup effects.  A seasoned expert in both beauty and skincare, Katie received a Master of Makeup Artistry certification from Make-up Designory NY. She then completed training in Esthiology from South Hills Beauty Academy and was awarded licensure by the Pennsylvania State Board of Cosmetology.

 

Inspired by the sciences of anatomy and psychology, as well as versatility of makeup as an art form, Katie is fascinated with the emotion conveyed by the face as a well-designed composition. From elegant brides to the most terrifying movie monsters, Katie believes that makeup is meant to make you feel.

For Katie, every face tells a story, and every expression is a chapter of that story. Bold or soft, daring or comforting, she believes that every makeup look should speak. Katie hopes to use her artistic talent to help anyone and everyone make the most of their beautiful statement.
